Here at Lolita Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept item returns in exchange for store credit as long as the item is still in new condition and we have been notified of the return within two weeks of delivery, or 10 business days from store purchase. Should the item show signs of wear or noticeable smells, we will no longer be able to process your return.
We do not accept returns on the following items: Clearance, Jewelry, Socks/Tights, and Paper Goods such as stickers, stationery, or magazines
I ordered something and I'd like to return it, what do I do?
Shoot us an email at contact@lolitacollective.com ! Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message so we can best assist you.
Our team will take 24-48 hours to respond. If you don't hear from us within this time frame, please reach out via social media as it's possible your message ended up in our spam folder!
Please understand that we only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
My item arrived broken! Help!
Oh no! Mistakes happen in packaging. Please send us a message at contact@lolitacollective.com with photos of the broken item and we will be happy to send you a refund or exchange.

My item is missing.
Please let us know as we would like to help find a way to retrieve your missing items and solve why that issue occurred.
My item says delivered, but it's not here.
This could happen for many different reasons and we would like to help. It is best to contact us so we can look into it on our end.
Please check in with both your local post office or neighbors as sometimes items get updated by mistake or get delivered to the house or apartment next to you. Being such a small business of many independent designers our sellers are not required to replace a stolen package. Theft is a crime and should be reported to the police. We will always reach out to our designers on your behalf, but we can not guarantee replacement from them if the item is marked as delivered.
Help my item is being shipped back to sender.
Please make sure that you have entered the right address when filling out your order. We do not cover lost or returned items that go missing caused by an incorrectly entered address. If this occurs we will still try our best to locate and get your items to you. But additional shipping may occur from a return to sender and shipment back out to your location.
When will my item ship out?
Due to limited staffing and store hours, any instant shipping from our KC location is done once a week on Wednesdays. Depending on customer request, we may be able accommodate for rush shipping if we are notified ahead of time. Items purchased from other vendors is not included in that scheduling.
My order was cancelled/refunded. What happened?
Many items from Lolita Collective are unique one-of-a-kinds. Due to this nature, they are subject to being sold out. When this occurs, items will be refunded.

My order was shipped internationally, can I still return it?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns for international orders. All international purchases are final and are ineligible for returns.
